Despite numerous challenging restrictions during the design and planning phases, these obstacles were successfully navigated, resulting in a stunning high-end townhouse development. Featuring semi-basement parking with direct access via a staircase and lift, the design maximises every inch of the site, ensuring abundant natural light and sweeping city views throughout the homes.
